Please share the things you did to work towards a *healthier* and therefore *happier* you!

Exercise: Any exercise whether it was walking, housework, going to the gym, gardening! All activity counts.

Healthy diet choices: You made, or didn't make!

Water: Did you drink enough?

Diet Plan if applicable: For those going to TOPS, Weight Watchers or similar we would really like to know how you are going.

You are kidding on your neighbour. I can't belive the bikers didn't see what they had done! Wicked really ..... probably thought "she'll be right!" Lucky she wasn't killed.

Good idea to keep out of the woods on the weekend. You were lucky considering but wish your fall really was a thing of the past and you didn't have a sore finger and arm still.

I know on the chocolate icecream and as I posted above, making more today. You should see dh. He is there instantly it finishes to *lick the bowl* LOL!

Well, you ol' wine-o you!! I would have done the same thing!! LOL!! I always use my pretty crystal oversized wine stemware, too, and I don't just fill it part way like they do in restaurants; I fill that thing to the top...a couple of times at least!!! LOL!! Good idea on the frozen dinner too!! I ate frozen pizza tonight!! LOL!!

It won't be too long before you won't be able to carry Taylor around anymore!! It was a lot of good exercise though!!

That is reasonable.... I can't buy an english title author book for under Euro 9.00 and that's reasonable. Enjoy reading it.
