Hi Gail, I use the "to all" more often lately too,, there are just soooo many hrs in the day.... LOL Glad to hear you have a bit of time off from your busy schedule... take advantage of it and don't overdo. ;O)

How is it going with the chiropractor, does it seems to help? (hoping so)

Am definetly looking forward to some time off, but was reminded today, that won't quite get the time off I was thinking I would.  Dh has an appointment Mon for a colonoscopy which means some drive time and time sort of relaxing in a waiting room instead of being at home.

Thanks, Suzan!  The chiropractor visits do seem to be helping.

Hope the chiropractor does help.  It really helped me when I went.  I begged my kids to go to chiropractic school so I could get free adjustments but not even one of them did. lol   Wish one of them could cut hair too!

Thanks Karyn!  Why is it kids never listen to their parents?! lol

Think it is helping, will know more so as I continue with my adjustments.

Suz for Fri:
Well, I did get to take diva for a nice long walk today , I thoroughly enjoyed it. We also took a nap and then when dh came home he was really exhausted adn the weather had cooled so we took another nap.... LOL I did not fall asleep either time today but just laid there quietly and rested.
Water OK, food OK,, baked sea bass and salad for dinner. Tonight I put a handful of fresh blueberries in our salad,,, really tastes nice. (oil & vinegar dressing only with the blueberries though) .

Walking is always good Ellen, also a "heart smart" thing to do whenever you can. I enjoy walking , can't walk to far due to my knees but still walk as much as I can. helps to clear the mind too sometimes. ;O)
WTG on your 2 lb loss.... SUPER!

Hi Donna, yes it's good to get all the errands done and I like to try to combine them all together (if possible) and do them in one morning. (instead of having to go out for some little thing each day.. really hate that.... )
Me too!! That's what I generally do unless something else pops up or I forget something.

I don't mow every other day. I try for once a week, it just depends on the weather and etc. It's just not always the same day every week so probably sounds like a lot.
That might be it, the different days.

Reading a magazine on your deck sounds really nice,,, can you see your lake from there or is that off the front?
I can see all of the lower pond and the lower half of the upper pond plus the little mini park between the two. Can also see the large expanse of mown acerage and lots of trees plus our wonderful wildlife <mostly geese, ducks, herons> that I so enjoy watching. I really appreciate and love the view rather than looking out onto the back of someone else's house.
