SB HEALTHY ME: July 30th - Aug 05th



Please share the things you did to work towards a *healthier* and therefore *happier* you!

Exercise: Any exercise whether it was walking, housework, going to the gym, gardening! All activity counts.

Healthy diet choices: You made, or didn't make!

Water: Did you drink enough?

Diet Plan if applicable: For those going to TOPS, Weight Watchers or similar we would really like to know how you are going.

Smiles and Hugs: Give and Get?

I also use to track food, calories .. hard to do but worth it
Now I love how you can d/l an app for the cell phones & ipads for that <g>

I used to do it at myfitnesspal.com , but I really prefer writing it down. I don't find it hard at all and so rewarding when you're sure you're eating the right amounts.

Thanks Hugs!! I lost 2.8 lbs this week, was the biggest loser for the week and they officially voted me in as our new Assistant Leader which begins tomorrow. It was my night!! :womanvery-happy:

Thank you! Oh, yes, a title!! I feel so important..LOL!
I'll be the treasurer plus will conduct the meetings when the leader can't be there, will assist the leader on some lessons or challenges and also will have lessons planned for when the person doing the lesson that week can't be there. I'll also encourage others and set an example by not regaining weight. That will help keep me on track after I reach goal too!! That's about the main things I'll be doing.

Suzan for Wednesday:

I mowed the lawn, hosed off the terrace, swept the front porch & hosed that down, replanted some geraniums and petunias etc into bigger pots.  Did 2 loads of laundry which means stairs.  Diva non dog was visiting. She and I had a nice cuddly nap in the afternoon for an hour... we needed it.  Then I sat in the garden and read my book. 

It was hot, so lots of water, I would say I made healthy food choices, but as I said it was hot so that ice cream looked might fine..... and was.      Baked whole sea bass , green tossed salad for dinner .....   no snacks afterwards except a big ripe plum .

For all my good intentions, I'm not doing well at all. I've had some unexpected stress and frustration and, like any addict, I've turned to food to soothe me, even though I know it makes me feel worse. Hopefully I'll get back on track - and get happier - soon.
