SB HEALTHY ME: July 30th - Aug 05th



Please share the things you did to work towards a *healthier* and therefore *happier* you!

Exercise: Any exercise whether it was walking, housework, going to the gym, gardening! All activity counts.

Healthy diet choices: You made, or didn't make!

Water: Did you drink enough?

Diet Plan if applicable: For those going to TOPS, Weight Watchers or similar we would really like to know how you are going.

Smiles and Hugs: Give and Get?

It was hot, so lots of water, I would say I made healthy food choices, but as I said it was hot so that ice cream looked might fine..... and was.      Baked whole sea bass , green tossed salad for dinner .....   no snacks afterwards except a big ripe plum .  

Good most of your food choices were good!! Your dinner sounded really good too..yum!! We sat on the deck this morning after our walk and then again this evening after dinner. It was so nice tonight, light breeze, not hot, didn't feel humidity, very pleasant. Read a magazine and relaxed out there. So nice after an afternoon of non stop errand running from right after lunch til dinnertime!! Good to get stuff done though.

Sorry this is an "all reply." Between life in general, chiropractor appointments and babysitting, I've been busy and will pretty much be so the next couple weeks at least.

Suzan, Hugs & Donna, well done on continuing to move right along........................WTG!

Ann, despite your "little bump" in getting healthier, you're moving right along too! Hang in there!!

As for me, am doing good with water, and exercise and so-so with food. Weight is up just slightly, but no worries case am still at a healthy weight, just not quite at the healthy weight I'd like to be.

Hope everyone has a great weekend!! As for me, after today, am looking forward to a few days of a little less business till next Tuesday when the cycle starts all over again. lol

Just the fact that you are aware of it, will get you back on track. Hope your stress goes away real soon Ann... keep walking though , the fresh air can help to clear your head at least for a bit. ;O) (())

Hi Donna, yes it's good to get all the errands done and I like to try to combine them all together (if possible) and do them in one morning. (instead of having to go out for some little thing each day.. really hate that.... )

I don't mow every other day. I try for once a week, it just depends on the weather and etc. It's just not always the same day every week so probably sounds like a lot.

Reading a magazine on your deck sounds really nice,,, can you see your lake from there or is that off the front?

Hi Gail, I use the "to all" more often lately too,, there are just soooo many hrs in the day.... LOL Glad to hear you have a bit of time off from your busy schedule... take advantage of it and don't overdo. ;O)

How is it going with the chiropractor, does it seems to help? (hoping so)

i think i am doing ok. the scale said this morning that i have lost 2 more pounds. i have been doing some walking during the day to help speed things along.

cheated a little last weekend and last night but doesn't seem to have hurt me. lol

Sorry on the weight but like you said still a healthy weight for you!
No doubt you've been moving lots with everything going on <wink>
