I'll be exercising my fanny off...yea, I wish...lol...to have a loss at weigh-in this time!!!

Went to the gym this morning. I can't run but did a 20 minute Sprint 8 programme on a recline bike and then spent 40 minutes in the weight room. Came home and gardened for hours! The place looks great but man am I tired tonight!

Calories not that great sadly. Good that the exercise is up!

I'm surprised you can do that much with your toe and joint like it is,, is it feeling ANY better? Just be careful....

Monday: I upped my exercise program,, come hell or high water I'm going to start feeling better..... worked a bit on the stationary bike,, will repeat 2 more times today... 6 minutes each. OK not much but that's a lot for me. The good thing I noticed is that I can now pedal much faster and I think that is a very good sign. Also I do 3 leg and foot exercises while computing here. Don't want to just sit and not move, that's sooooo not good for me.
I still have a cold in my system,, dh and I just can't seem to get rid of it....

tuesday: dh , diva and I went to town , for a bit of a walk yesterday... I did pretty well but had to nap in the late afternoon I was over tired. I couldn't sleep at first from the pain but then literally passed out from it.

Wednesday: not so good today. Took diva for a walk in the forest and threw her snack bag around practicing "retrieve/drop", she did very well. It took me about 3x's a s long to walk there and back and I had on the supports but it's just not helping. Getting sick of this.....

Have cut back on portions, also cut back dh's portions which he wasn't happy about LOL. I need to lose some serious weight and very quickly...

Hugs and kisses for me abound. Water intake O.:

Suzan..I don't know how you can go on with that much pain!! Something needs to change! I'm sure you'll do well with losing some weight as you've been successful in the past when you've put your mind to it.

Hilary..Have you recuperated from all the exercise and gardening?!! Toe feeling better?

I did well this past week, lost 1.2 lbs at weigh-in last night. The extra exercise is sure helping! Must keep it up even though it's a very busy week this week. I want to keep the momentum going!

I don't know either, but I'll talk to the doctor again on friday at my appointment and see if they want to do an MRI or something.... still thinking it all has to do with that fall on the ice ....

WTG on the weight loss.... I guess we are supposed to put our exercise routine (even just the walking) on the list of things to do each day before everything else... not well if we have time to squeeze it in,... so easy NOT to do it that way. My problem also, Donna,,,, always the last thing on the list. sigh

My toe is feeling a whole lot better Suzan. It has been nearly six weeks now and that is how long it takes a break to heal usually. Any day now I am going to run on it but it is still a little swollen so will be careful.
