Has been a good week so far for me. I decided stuff it on giving up a glass or Red or even two at night .. excuse the language. Instead I have upped the exercise and sworn off 2nds and icecream and have cut the white carbs! My shoulders are sore from carrying Taylor around yesterday afternoon .. these kids are heavy! Who needs upper body exercises in the gym LOL!

Yesterday I jogged for about ten minutes and my toe is ok today so .. getting there!

I am a little frustrated/worried by a few things happening around me at the moment so hopefully I will put all that aside and maintain my healthy lifestyle!

If dh doesn't wake up soon he WILL be swimming today LOL!

Have a happy and healthy whatever day of the week it is!

I've been walking a little on the treadmill every day. It's almost a routine, now!

LOL you mean you will literally push him in your pool?

Glad your toe is healing,, still careful with the jogging.

Now how heavy is Taylor now? I love the little dimple in her chin.

Ya can't give up everything,,,,we're getting too old for that kind of dedication... as you said just do a few more pushups or something. Give up ice cream? OMG the thought gives me tremors.

I decided I need to lose a bit of weight. So I have removed all the cookies and candy bars and ice cream from my home. If it's here I eat it. So good riddance. I also asked my dh to stop buying and bringing me delicious cakes as an afternoon treat.
