I'll be honest:
My diet since I've been here stinks.
I forgot to come here and make my confession last week. It's two weeks in a row now that at my Tuesday night weigh-in at TOPS, I gained 0.6 lbs each time!! We're beefing up our walking exercise and I'm doing extra with my hand weights, leg lifts and stretches and am in hopes that next Tuesday will be better!
