Please share the things you did to work towards a *healthier* and therefore *happier* you!

Exercise: Any exercise whether it was walking, housework, going to the gym, gardening! All activity counts.

Healthy diet choices: You made, or didn't make!

Water: Did you drink enough?

Diet Plan if applicable: For those going to TOPS, Weight Watchers or similar we would really like to know how you are going.

Well GS cookies are most people's demise. I love the mints and I am really glad they aren't sold over here. 3 a day,,,, I wish,, I'd have more like 3 a day too (but boxes that is) Soooooo you are doing well.

OK I'm flashing a blinding smile right back at ya!

Suzan Monday:
I vacuumed as my exercise, lost my balance going around the foot stoll and fell literally flat on my stomach. DUh, so much for exercise. Diet was good, so far, (simple baked chicken legs /thighs and oven roasted potatoes for dinner with water and fruit for dessert (grapes tonight). I'm not really very hungry lately , can't beat that I guess.. LOL

I lost another pound this past week--slow going, but then I'm not expecting to lose any! My portions are good and I'm eating fruits and vegetables. I just don't have much of an appetite, but I know I have to eat to survive. I've had one bite of the cherry pie I made for DH (LOL). Too sweet for me--I had to get a glass of ice water with lemon in it to get rid of the sweet! Yes, I always drink lots of water all day long.

I've been nice and smiled a lot at our customers--but I refuse to hug them (lol)! I wave and smile to the passing vehicles. And laugh at my furry critters. Not real happy with DH at the moment, so he will have to wait until he gets on my good side and quits being so stubborn and takes care of himself!

I would have bought some GS cookies had I remembered when I came out of the store the other day--guess I turned in the opposite direction because I never gave them another thought until you posted (lol)! That's the secret, not doing without and limiting the portions--good for you at allowing only three. Ahhh, but they are so good!

Haven't done the best food wise this past week, but am only up about 1/2 a pound, so shouldn't be to much trouble to lose especially if I keep on a better food track. All else has been good.
