SB HEALTHY ME: March 26th - April 1st
Please share the things you did to work towards a *healthier* and therefore *happier* you!
Exercise: Any exercise whether it was walking, housework, going to the gym, gardening! All activity counts.
Healthy diet choices: You made, or didn't make!
Water: Did you drink enough?
Diet Plan if applicable: For those going to TOPS, Weight Watchers or similar we would really like to know how you are going.

Ugh, you would have to start this thread wouldn't you? lol But I see you didn't post anything either about how things are going for you health wise. :smileywink:
The usual for me not necessarily the worst or the best eating habits, but doing well on all else. Need to change something though otherwise I'm going to be at a plateau of 134 to 135 (have gained .8 lbs putting me at 134.8) like I was when staying between 136 and 137 for a bit.
Just look at those kids in that siggy :smileyvery-happy:
Hilary and Gail, you two are our champs!! Either at or near your goals must be a wonderful feeling!! I don't remember where Suzan stands, at her goal or near it I think. Then there's me.

Maybe it's our scales (lol)--I'm stuck at 133-134--before that was 137-138! If you find something that works to get it moving once again, let me know, Gail!
