SB HEALTHY ME: March 26th - April 1st



Please share the things you did to work towards a *healthier* and therefore *happier* you!

Exercise: Any exercise whether it was walking, housework, going to the gym, gardening! All activity counts.

Healthy diet choices: You made, or didn't make!

Water: Did you drink enough?

Diet Plan if applicable: For those going to TOPS, Weight Watchers or similar we would really like to know how you are going.

Smiles and Hugs: Give and Get?

Let's just say Gail that ddil announced they are going away on Good Friday through to the following Wednesday so no Taylor this Easter

The usual for me not necessarily the worst or the best eating habits, but doing well on all else. Need to change something though otherwise I'm going to be at a plateau of 134 to 135 (have gained .8 lbs putting me at 134.8) like I was when staying between 136 and 137 for a bit.

Maybe it's our scales (lol)--I'm stuck at 133-134--before that was 137-138! If you find something that works to get it moving once again, let me know, Gail!

The only thing I can say is I have no motivation for anything. My weight is stuck in place once again--I know I need more exercise. I do drink lots of water everyday and eat healthy most of the time. I slipped the other night but didn't feel like cooking so just stuck wings and fries in the oven--but then I grabbed a handful of baby carrots and some grapes to eat too (lol)! Smiles and hugs are too few and far between!
