Suzan..I hope you're feeling lots better today! Hope it's getting a bit warmer out there too!

It's warming up here and we'll be able to begin comfortably walking outside again.

I'm into my strict dieting again now, must drop a bunch of pounds fast!! I have four weeks to get 10 pounds off. Easy, I can do that! I have to be back at my goal before our TOPS convention the first weekend in April to be recognized on stage as a new KOPS 2012 member. KOPS = Taking Off Pounds Sensibly.

Always drinking 8 - 10 glasses of water every day plus lots of tea.

Exercising 5 - 7 days a week always and looking forward to walking outside again!!

IT'S ALMOST SPRING!!! HOORAY!!!

Always lots of smiles in my life, both getting and giving! :)

tuesday for Suzan.

I started back at my training center.   I won't go back at the same time again,, there were 2 ladies there that were very bossy and also insisted on keeping the windows wide open making the place freezing.  Not good for me.  They didn't like when I used a machine that they needed next, or when I closed the window (which I only did if the machine I needed was next to the window )... Mind you there's still snow on the ground here.  they kept asking me if I had had the training on the machines (duh) , just being nasty (and my age too,,,, gee I thought all that stoppped with high school).    I just ignored them and did my routines as best I could, not about to let a couple prisses ruin my time.

So BTDT, will chooose a different time on Thursday and hope they are not there.  and even if they are, I'm no pushover,,,  they have met their match.  LOL

I'm bushed from the machines and I had to park quite a distance away and carry my stuff in a side pack,,, (heavy.)  .....  But main thing is I went and  conquered!

til Thursday,,,

Suzan...Oh, I just want to slap people like those women!! Good for you for closing the window!! I hope you never have to encounter them again. You conquered your training!! High fives!! Good you were able to get back there and hope it goes well and you don't get sick again.

Is a 'side pack' a tote bag?

Hi D:

I had a good cry last night....  think I needed it.  Silly but sometimes .....  just can't understand why people feel the need to bully.   Anywhooooooo......  a side pack.. well I was typing and was going to write back pack but it was a regular sport bag (with all the ziippers and pockets) but it has a long adjustable handle /strap so I can make it long and wear it across the body.  So I decided to write "side pack",, seemed like the word I was looking for at the time.

Geez; I need to come live stateside for a few yrs,,, you'd be surprised how weak even your mother tongue can become when you mostly speak/hear another language all the time.  When I do get together with my Ami friends then we end up speaking Germlish.  arg

Not sure when I'm going to the training again,,, have my hair cut today , and I  could go after that but actually I like to keep a day free inbetween, so probably Thursday.... that sounds good.  Of course I'd like to stop by and see Mikie/Coffee.  Not sure as I heard from ds that they were up 5 times last night..... so for sure they will sleep (dil/Mikie) during the day..  ds is working with his eyes shut today...  LOL

Suz for thursday:

Went to the training center today, it was quite crowded so will have to find a different time slot to go.  (because all the lockers had been taken).  anyway,  I'm trying out different time periods to see which is less crowed and one that also works for me and my daily schedule.

Training was good, I was a bit "off kilter"  today, so just took it slowly (no need to rush anyway) and did what I could.  Took an hour.  I'm very sore tonight and my knees are roaring.  Not sure if that's from the training or from the very long walks I took after the training. (I also walked on the treadmill (slowly).  Then I took diva out for her walk then another walk  with dil /Mikie/ Coffee afterwards.  The day was warm and lovely and we could sit outside and have tea at the nearby cafe. Then we continued on our long walk . So all in all, I had a LOT of exercise today and I'm totally bushed tonight.  My diet on the other hand was just awful, as dil had baked chocolate cupcakes (she LOVES to bake , expecially cupcakes), and we had 2 each.  Then there's that huge bowl of easter eggs on the center table.....  hmmmm.   ;O)  When I went to visit on Monday she had made lemon cupcakes filled wiht lemon curd... I liked those too.

Mikie was really sweet and he's exercising all by himself:   he's trying really hard to turn over and gets 1/2 way and then rolls back.  Too cute.  Lots of hugs and smiles!
