SB HEALTHY ME: March 5th - March 11th



Please share the things you did to work towards a *healthier* and therefore *happier* you!

Exercise: Any exercise whether it was walking, housework, going to the gym, gardening! All activity counts.

Healthy diet choices: You made, or didn't make!

Water: Did you drink enough?

Diet Plan if applicable: For those going to TOPS, Weight Watchers or similar we would really like to know how you are going.

Smiles and Hugs: Give and Get?

Today I walked a little on the treadmill, hauled laundry up and down the stairs, took down old curtains, and put up Spring curtains,

Exercise, water, smiles and hugs are good and food has been okay. All has been good enough for me to be down two pounds from where I was two weeks ago. Now I officially have just shy of 10 pounds to lose.

Suzan..Baby steps, but it does sound like you're on the mend and working towards getting your strength back. So very glad to hear that!!

Hilary..Hope that pesky nerve stops hurting!! Hope you're near finished with those icky antibiotics!! Get well girl!!

Ann..Be careful freaking people out with your smiles!! LOL!! Everyone smiles and waves and talks here in KS. Sometimes I feel like my arm is on a hinge with all the waving as we drive or walk by in the neighborhood and having to wave and smile to anyone who is in their yard or walking. Drivers don't wave to each other except on our street, though, thank goodness, just walkers and yard people in the neighborhood..lol!! You can strike up a conversation anywhere with anyone, though, and that's nice sometimes while waiting on a line or something. Sometimes I wish people would just be quiet and still..lol!! I may be exaggerating a little, but not much..lol! It's okay if I'm the one starting the talking though..lol!

Gail...Only 10 pounds to go, good for you!! I can only imagine what that must be like!!

I'm making my way back from my bout with sugar that began with Girl Scout cookies and then moved onto ice cream and candy. Sure has been a nice break into the bad for me world, but enough's enough and I'm back on track!! Groann..lol!!
