Haven't been doing too much in the way of exercise, just leg, thigh and knee exercises.
I've been a bit of a mess. ::sigh::
I weighed in last night and have gained back all that I'd lost last month. ::sigh::
I've already lost two of those pounds over night. ::smile::
I had been so busy and eating out way too much due to circumstances that even though I made good menu choices, the high salt they put in foods made my ankles swell. ::grrr::
I'm on track and losing again and that is a good thing.
