Michelle, i also find the stationery bike boring... I can't however drag it to the other room and watch TV while pedaling and then drag it back again... BLAH!

You are doing better than I am, Suzan. The exercises you are doing should help strengthen the muscles to help relieve the pressure on your knees.

I always enjoyed riding a bicycle outside in the fresh air and sunshine--stationary bikes are boring to me! I would have to watch TV/a movie or put it in front of a window so I could watch the birds at the feeder.

You're doing great with the exercises!! Wish I was too. :(

Portion control can be tricky! I thought I did very well yesterday, but the scale stayed the same this morning, darn it! I'll eat less today.

Those sweets can really mess up the brain, believe me, I know! I'm off of them now and hope to stay off!!

This is a repeat from my WooHoos........

Last night at my TOPS meeting, I lost 5.2 pounds!! I was the biggest loser for the week and won the snacks basket!! Each week we bring in a healthy snack for the basket and the biggest loser gets all of the foods that are in the basket.
Pretty darned exciting for me it was!! :)

Still not back into a regular walking routine. I have intentions every day, but other stuff gets in the way.

This last week ended well for me! I'm only 1/2 pound away from what I weighed before Easter!! It's going to be another good weigh-in Tuesday night and I am so looking forward to the thunderous applause when I tell the group what I have lost..LOL!!

Be strong gals and here's hoping we all have a good week!!

This week I'll be working on getting back into the consistant walking routine.
