Hugs...I can sure relate to being lazy with walking!! I must get that treadmill working again!!  Your cheese soups sure sound good! I can't eat cheese right now, so I'll just enjoy hearing about it..lol! Any kind of potato soup is a favorite of mine. Bread bowls that you'll give to your son? Are they the round breads hollowed out & made into bowls or are you talking about a ceramic bowl that looks like bread? Glad you found them anyway. Eating just "so-so" for you is probably okay being that you're maintaining.

Hugs, I don't think you can be truly classified as a "soup-a-holic" unless you eat soup year round! Just sayin'! lol

I hear you on the treadmill & same here Donna,It's just so boring as is my stat bike ::blush::
the bread bowls we found after I finished my beer/cheese soup ..
You just cut out the top & pour your soup in it ..
Next time I make it I will know where to go look though.
So for now since I froze some soup for ds he gets the bread bowls.
This new potato cheese soup is going to be good too.
Must have soup in the house, LOL
Close to eating it all year round :)

To both of you gals....I'm doing fantastic on the weightloss!! I'll probably show about an 8 lb loss at weigh-in Tuesday night, or close to it anyway. I've already lost 5.4 lbs so far! It's always a large loss the first week of any strict plan, then it gets harder. I feel confident that I'll reach my goal by Dec. 18th.

I exercise a 1/2 hour every morning before getting out of bed, both stretching and strengthening. My walking is not enough though. The most walking I've been doing is all the shopping trips for new clothes in three sizes smaller!! Expensive, but so fun!! I only had a few tops that I had kept that I can fit into now, but that's all. I've pretty much had to buy an entire new winter wardrobe. Of course that means the four pairs (so far) of new shoes and the new purse and the jewelry that I had to have to go with the new clothes too..lol!

Donna so awesome to hear about this great loss for you this past week!
That means you're almost 1/2 way there to what you need to lose if I recall.
Yes easier now then the last few but you are doing this!
Wow, huge congrats on those 3 sizes smaller & the new winter wardrobe!  Fun too <wink>
So pleased & proud of you!
You're doing really well even with all your exercise (especially that walking <g>)
Keep goiing my friend :)

Suzan...YW on starting this thread. Between traveling and being sick, I thought you could use some help. Glad to see that you're able to eat a bit more today. Good you continued with your water too! You'll have to get back into exercise slowly. Good to lose weight, but feeling well is better!

Hi my fellow exercisers.......   are there any here? LOL

None for me today,, unless cleaning the sinks is exercise.  LOL

Ate OK today, portions are tiny, but at least it all stayed down.   Ate a peeled apple this afternoon  LOL

Drank about 1.5 liters of H20 so am floating as I type.

Have a good weekend. and really try to do some sort of exercise this weekend...even if it's walking at the mall...

If I had enough energy to make soup I 'd be happy. I'm lazy about exercise too, that IS the whole problem. LOL

Thank you for starting the thread this week Donna,  honestly with my travelling guess I totally forgot...

haven't been doing any exercising this week, and eating is very touch and go,, eating a little bit today but drinking water.... the only upside of a stomach virus is that one loses weight quickly. LOL

I have read all the replies here.

Donna,    hope you make your goal Dec 18th,,, I'm sure you will.   You'll give it your best and will probably be increasing your walking when you start XMAS shopping.... LOL

Hugss,  try to get out for a walk with or without your gf,,,,,,   poop on your ipod and get going....  good for you and the fresh air will do you good,, remember it will start getting to snowy and icy and cold soon...
