Gail, I think I'm doing well with it but have to remind dh again not to bring me anymore goodies. He likes to stop at the bakery on his way home and bring me something sweet to eat at 5 o'clock tea. Sabotaging my diet.

Gail WTG on not snacking in the evening... not as easy to stop that night snacking as one thinks either.

You lot inspired me today. I didn't manage any exercise except, jumping on a trampoline LOL! I KNOW, didn't believe it myself.

I did think about you all making an effort so my food choices were very good. Just finished a salad for dinner with a yoghurt for dessert. Two large glasses of .............. WATER!

I think I was exhausted after my weekend. I lay down on a couch to read at around 2 this afternoon and woke up at ten to 5. GOOD GRIEF!

Finally found the Halloween candy in our warranty folder. Now, where else would one hide that kind of thing LOL!

Good Luck with your healthy choices today and hope Teri gets a new pedometer soon!

Hopefully with you reminding your dh, he will eventually learn a new habit.............not bringing home goodies. Maybe he could bring home some small trinket or something else that you like.

Suzan, can you retrain your husband to stop at the fruits & veggies market instead of the bakery? Very nice that he likes to bring you a treat, but a different kind of treat would be better. Do you ever mess up and have your 5 o'clock tea at 4:55 or maybe 5:10?? LOL..sorry, just being silly!
