Please share the things you did to work towards a *healthier* and therefore *happier* you!

Exercise: Any exercise whether it was walking, housework, going to the gym, gardening! All activity counts.

Healthy diet choices: You made, or didn't make!

Water: Did you drink enough?

Diet Plan if applicable: For those going to TOPS, Weight Watchers or similar we would really like to know how you are going.

At weigh-in last night, I lost 7.8 lbs and was the biggest loser of the week!!

I have 4.2 more pounds to lose in the next four weeks to reach my TOPS goal.
Not a problem, I will do it!!

Then I'll lose another 5 lbs to keep me on the lower end of my 10 lb leeway that TOPS lets you have. Leeway is that you can go 7 lbs under your goal or 3 lbs over goal.

I'll be comfortable at that weight for awhile and then early next year I'll probably drop another 10 - 15 lbs to get me closer to where I should be.

Hugs...Yay on lots of water and no gains!! I'll be following your example when I reach goal. I sure don't want to gain any of this stuff back again!!

Suzan .. take it easy & feel better.

Me .. am doing ok more or less.
Good news is I am drinking lots of water & so far no gain so that's all good.

Hi group!

I've been doing all the right things..good exercise..lots of water..only healthy food choices..following my weight reduction plan..getting and giving lots of smiles!!

Looking forward to weighing in tomorrow night at TOPS. I am now less than 10 lbs from my TOPS goal.
