I've been ashamed to post here, I'm doing so bad, but I'll post the few measly things I did so far the past few days and continue in earnest starting tomorrow. I just have to do something. I get more disgusted with myself every day.

I read this earlier today as I was sitting here at 6.16 a.m. telling myself it was too wet and yuck to go to the gym. NO excuse really when you guys have snow and ice to contend with so ..............

ANN...Oh, I hate that getting disgusted with myself feeling!! I, too, find it so darned hard to stay on track for long enough periods of time to get somewhere!! I tell ya, if it wasn't for my TOPS group, I don't think I could do this for as long as is necessary! So, Ann, use us here!! Come and talk about how you're doing and we'll give you support! Maybe there's another website or message board that might be helpful too. I go to Dr. Oz's www.realage.com and also to www.sparkpeople.com and find them motivating. I also like http://www.3fatchicks.com/

Whatever it takes to keep us going in the right direction, let's do it!!

You have a good plan formed...."Just eating sensibly, 3 normal meals and 3 small snacks. And watching my carbs, sugars and fats intake." Good!! Keep that going and if you find you're not losing or hitting a snag, make an adjustment.
