I do .. can't before or I feel really sick. I really should eat a banana or something before I go but .......................... We all cop it from the trainers for not eating before we come too. I leave home around 6.15 a.m. usually .. bit early to eat!

I know on the three glasses of wine. I hurt at night sometimes and the wine is more fun than taking a painkiller LOL!

You did so well with your TOPS weigh-in! Huge congrats!

HI Ann, glad you came back down here. Let me try to clarify something about this trhead. It's not a thread where we just come and brag about having done 1200 pushups and running a marathon each week , and it's not about how much we resemble Heidi Klum. Nope ! There is no shame on this thread, it
s a support thread so no one is to be ashamed of not havign lost weight or wahtever... we work at what we can do, when we can and hope to feel and be healthier thru our efforts.

I personally need to lose weight, not much but enough to make my knees feel better, my back and pants to fit better. I'll never look like cindy crawford, but don't feel like a blimp either ..... I like to use this thread to say what i've done and what I haven#t done, as it makes it a bit clearer for myself to admit it all. I don't really give a hoot what if anyone here has lost more, or done more or whatever... I do need the support that the Sand boxers give me though... ;O) That's all.

I'm sure you'll stick with your plan (you've done it before), even though at this time of year it takes an iron will to eat correctly,, but honestly , we all support whatever effort you make and we can all suggest things that work for ourselves, and cheer you on. 10 lbs is a lot , a very hefty goal,, even if it the first increment . We don't think about the end result , just be happy to be working on the first increment even if it never gets past that. OK? WTG ANN! So see you here,, now let me go make the new thread.... (())

Hey Group..hope you're staying strong and seeing good results!!

My weigh-in last night at TOPS showed a 3.8 lb loss!! Yippee!!!

I didn't win the food basket for another lady had lost 8.6 lbs..Geez!!

I am very happy at my results, though, and it inspires me to keep on going!!

Have a happy day everyone and think healthy thoughts!!
