Please share the things you did to work towards a *healthier* and therefore *happier* you!

Exercise: Any exercise whether it was walking, housework, going to the gym, gardening! All activity counts.

Healthy diet choices: You made, or didn't make!

Water: Did you drink enough?

Diet Plan if applicable: For those going to TOPS, Weight Watchers or similar we would really like to know how you are going.

Maybe this is a good week for a tad bit more exercise and some serious portion control LOL
 (work off those T day extra calories ).

Suzan...You got that right my friend!! I ate WAY too much today at DD1's house!! I'm stuffed and scared to get on the scale in the morning!! I'm going to eat very little tomorrow, drink extra water, exercise more and hope my weigh-in Tuesday night isn't too bad. I'm sure I'll show a gain. I'll get very strict again with eating starting tomorrow and that gain will come back off fast and away I'll go towards goal!!

D. The holidays ar e a wicked time to have to be on a diet or maintain one. I feel for you. Although, I have no doubt that you will reach your goal as planned. Sometimes ya just have to enjoy the moment and you did ;O)

I can't say I'm feeling exactly healthy lately, what with this cough that won't go away and the tiredness I have from the treatments I'm getting, but they're ending tomorrow, so I'm hoping I'll have more energy soon and can get back into my old routine of walking and eating right (or trying to).  I'll let you know how it goes!

Am doing ok with foods more or less,
It's the exercising having trouble with.
But in my defense have had some back problems .. so hopefully better this week :)

Hugs...Good you're doing well with foods!!

I hear ya on the exercise..me too!! I mean, I do my half hour of stretches and strengthening every morning, but the walking seems to get forgotten. ::sigh::

Darn on your back still hurting!! Hope that eases up very soon!!

Hugs, I hope your back problems go away soon....   perhaps try a heating pad?
