My today.  Ate OK,,, will have to have fruit later on,, although I did have some blueberry/banana shake for breakfast.  Unfortunately will have a frozen pizza (which I'll add some pineapple too) for dinner and watch TV. I did about 40 minutes of raking this afternoon.... so that was my exercise.   Sleeping well.  Got a smile from Mike today and a huge sloppy kiss from Coffee.... all is good.

Tuesday for Suzan: not much of anything. Did drink some H2O, ate some fruit, some veggies in the form of a red pepper and chicory on my sandwich for lunch. I took Coffee for a walk today, not a long one , but nevertheless a walk... geez it was cold out there. Will do better on Wednesday hopefully.

Hi healthy gal pals!!

Hugs..You're doing great as always! You inspire me to stay on track and I really mean that!!

Suzan..Good you've been out walking and raking. That must mean your shaky legs are doing better?

I'm pretty much just maintaining these days. I go up and down 2 - 3 lbs and pretty much stay at that weight. I do want to lose a bit more weight, but have many functions going on that include food. Besides that, I'm just so darned tired of dieting!! Working my way back to the boring menu that I was on for so long, though, and was so successful at. I'll get to goal eventually.

While nothing wrong with maintaining I am sure you'll get rid of those last pounds too
They are always the hardest & with holidays & your busy life makes it even more difficult I am sure.
Hang in there as I know you'll get to your goal :)

Exercise: Did some heavy weightlifting over the weekend at the gym, a grad student has to stay fit lol. Noticing that my arms are getting really toned and ripped, as well as my thighs, I'm totally loving it. Still need to work off some stubborn belly pudge that I gained over the summer, but overall, I'm very satisfied with myself. Keeping that healthy BMI of 20.5. Innocent

Healthy diet choices: Didn't get to make many healthy choices this weekend; was constantly studying, so Burger King and McDonald's were my mainstays. Burgers, burgers, and more burgers. Looks like my diet won't be that great in the future either, especially next week with the holidays. But as long as I'm able to button my jeans without a fuss, I'm fine lol.Cool

Water: Definitely drank enough water, always have a bottle near me.

Definitely trying to stay healthy, lol. Eating those fast food burgers have taken a bit of a toll on me too; felt really bloated over the weekend.

The holidays are what scares me, though. I haven't had a good home cooked meal in about a year, so I'm really afraid that I'll overindulge. I have a feeling that I'll be exercising every day once January comes lol. Smile
