What I did do for myself yesterday (amidst all the nausea) was have my yearly check up. So glad you did that!! He checked my carotids (some build up but not significantly more than last year), ultra sounded the gall bladder , stomach, kidneys, liver etc. all looked OK. Took a few viles of blood . He's also checking for anemia as I am sooo tired all the time. He also took me off my choloesterol pills for 4 weeks to see if it will clear up some other nasty problems I'm having. THEREFORE: I feel I must be very careful of what I'm eating in the next 4 weeks and stick to a good non/low fat diet. (why at Thanksgiving adn XMAS with all the nice chocolates and cookies pies and cake around??? LOL) I've done this before and since I'm such a sweet lover (which means high fat) it's hard for me to do. BUT I had the talk with myself and will do it. I hope they can figure out why you've not been feeling well for weeks now!! Having to get off those darned sweets and eat more low fat foods is a good thing anytime for all of us and especially around the holidays when you/we could be on sweets/fats overload.

Thanks Gail, I was already back on track for awhile. It was just hard for I still had visions of candy bars floating around in my head even though I wasn't eating them..lol!!

Okay, my wonderful well fit gal pals!! Here's my plan for today.....

I've already done my stretches and strengthening before getting out of bed this morning.

Now I'm going to lift my hand weights and then do some stand up strengthening.

Next stop...Target for some walking exercise laps!! I'm going to push myself to do an extra lap to get those numbers up for our TOPS challenge!!
