So Donna, how do you fix your squash? I've only baked both the acorn and butternut in the microwave then ate them with some butter and salt. Didn't care for the butternut, it seemed to be more watery.

Hi Gail.
What I'm hoping is that after the 4 weeks of watching my intake of sweets that come XMAS I won't have the cravings and won't eat much of it. Plus I'll be much thinner and that will make me feel better .

Now that is an interesting prospect.

Both butternut and acorn I oven bake and then either eat it plain with nothing on it or I'll add a tiny bit of sugar free pancake syrup on it. The flavor of butternut is my favorite and I don't find it watery, just soft.

Hmmm, I'll have to try and remember to try them that way sometime.
