It really does feel good to be fit Suzan. I know when I gain too much weight my hip gives me curry. It is worth making an effort for sure.

My Friday! What can I say. I was GREAT until we got home from babysitting and I was literally exhausted. There was that bottle of wine in the fridge and my resistance was low so ....

I took my pedometer off with 9,001 steps on it and spent the day lifting Taylor! I enjoyed the *steps*. We walked to the beach and Tay slept in the stroller for an hour which was a nice break!

I FILLED that wine glass with two iceblocks and then to the top with wine .. twice LOL! Of course then I HAD TO HAVE an icecream.

ARGHHHHHHH! Won't be happening again today and I am mad at myself! Slept from 7.45 a.m. until nearly 5 this morning which was good!

Can't say "ONYA bike" to you today Bobbye. Good for you doing what you know works! A great way to warm up too! I had oatmeal for brekkie this morning too. I found a wholegrain one with nuts and maple syrup which isn't too sweet. Easy .. 90 seconds in the microwave and that is it!

What programme are you using to make your siggies?

Any sort of day that takes its toll in one way or another does lower our resistance.

Did mostly well for Friday, with just a bit much carbs. Plenty of water, exercise, smiles and hugs.

Why is it always carbs?? You never hear anyone say they ate too much lettuce today!! LOL!!

That's encouraging to me Hilary. I hope I reach a point of being fit one day to see if my hip hurts less...or gives me less "curry". ;)

Wine sounds like a perfect way to end a day of babysitting to me!! :)

A day at the beach sounds so nice to me! I miss the beach. :(

Donna, I can be on track too and still enjoy a nice cup of hot chocolate or piece of cake with my tea,, just not all the time.
