Hilary, that is really great!!! My Omron doesn't have the chart option, it's just the pedo and what it tells me on the modes on it's screen. I have to keep track of my own stuff. That's okay though.

Good for you on being really good this week!! I am too and am looking forward to a good weigh-in tomorrow night!!

Glad you got to the gym!! I've done my stretching, strengthening, walking and weight lifting. It's another good day!! Yay us!!

Oh wow, a chart! I will really dislike exercise if I have to start charting things.. on e more thing to do. sigh.. but it looks nice and I'm impressed that by walking you can burn 1,748 calories in a week. Now THAT sounds good.
Glad you got to the gym... sorry your dh has a cold.

don't be disappointed, a loss is a loss . Some weeks we do the same things but loose more or loose less. You have to also consider water weight.

".........eat more veggies" of course without butter ;O)

Only exercise I'm doing today is stairs : up and down to the laundry room. Will go to the bank and do a bit of grocery shopping and play with Coffee. When I'm feeling better I will start to exercise. Promise (to myself).
I am drinking enough water , have added Rose hip tea and while I can hot eat any fruit yet I will eat more veggies in place of them..
