My Monday:

I ate an apple! (FYI Gail, that is a milestone for me!)
I ate healthy, drank 2 rose hip teas and will have another fruit tonight.
Dinner is baked chicken thighs (sans skin), zuchinni, pot wedges and fennel bulb .
No exercise though as I'm really just not up to it but am resting.

Thanks Hilary. BUT did you not read the part where I said I ate an apple????????? Tomorrow I'll eat another one. ;O) such a good girl I am.

Can you buy fennel at your store, because it has a lovely taste adn you can just wash it and chop it up in your mixed salad. Tastes kinda like Ouzo

What a super buy. I think one glass of OJ fresh pressed gives you all the Vit C your body needs. (daily dosage). Thanks for the reminder, I need to buy OJ today.

The fennel: if you make tuna salad with mayo you can chop the fennel in small pieces like you would celery , that gives a really nice crunch and great taste. Also, it's great simply chopped in salad. You can just eat it raw like you would carrots or celery sticks. (Pull of the first layer , it's a bit tough. ) So buy a big bulb!
