Weighed in at TOPS tonight. I'd been working on losing the weight I'd gained while on vacation and found that I'm only up 0.4 lbs. from my last TOPS weigh in. I'm happy with that, but am continuing to work on getting more off!!
Haven't been doing enough exercise walking, just don't feel like it; but I'll get back to it again soon.
I have been drinking enough water.
I am making good food choices, seldom eating out now and staying on my weightloss plan.
Smiles and Hugs are always abundant in our home! :)
I really need to get more exercise! I did walk to the mail box this afternoon but that really isn't enough--I need more stretching too.
I've been doing good with eating healthy--lots of fruit. And I always drink plenty of water--I start and end my day with 18 oz. of water, plus many cups throughout the day.

I finally hit *that point* this week.
ll I can say is: I'm glad my scale doesn't weigh grams,,, I'd really be in trouble.
I went for a walk in the rain )light rain) with coffee today....
