Hi Gail,
I wanted to ask you about the tea you drink? What kind are you drinking? As far as I know, black tea is allowed (1 cup or mug) but then the rest is not counted in your liquid (water) intake for the day, while green tea or fruit tea is.

Carbs, my comfort food too. (())
Here's to a happier day on Tuesday!

Hmmmm, so will you eventually need to have knee replacements?

Hi Suzan! :> )
Green tea is pretty much all I drink. Every so often especially when the weather is warm I will stop at MickeyD for tea which is of course black tea. Thanks, looking for Tuesday to be better!

I sure hope not. The first orthopedic seemed to think I would and the sooner the better, but that somehow didn't seem correct to me, so the opinion of my long standing orthopedic said,,, no way soon. he was right. I'm not saying that sometime in the future I will need it, probably , but that still seems to me a bit down the line. I've had the orthoscopic surgery adn they have done all they can do in there ...... we'll see.
