Oh that is super Hilary,,, you have all the free weights, treadmill in your basement or fitness room? We have a exercise bike, and a huge nautilaus thingy in there,, and mats and a huge comfy couch so I can sit and watch dh do his puffing and panting ....

my ds has told me that I need to exercise,,, but that housework even if I do run up and down the stairs 100 times a day isn't exercise.

Great you have a bike Suzan. Great for those knees. I have a treadmill, bike and weight bench with all the weights. Two fitballs and lots of other stuff. Comes from having a ds who worked for an exercise equipment company! No dust on anything .. although I had to dust in there last week before I got back into things! Time to go and use my treadmill today.

All of the above is MOST DEFINITELY exercise Suzan! The best kind 'cause you can see your achievements afterwards. LOL on ds wanting to keep everything. The wardrobe behind me and in the *fitness* room AND our entire roof above the garage is filled with that kind of stuff! One day they will move into places big enough to store all their crap LOL!

i walked a mile this morning, just baby steps really.

i drink water all day long, but i flavor it with crystal light so there are no calories.

A mile is terrific Ellen and baby steps are definitely the way to go! I must google the crystal light and find out what it is. Sounds good!
