Please share the things you did to work towards a *healthier* and therefore *happier* you!

Exercise: Any exercise whether it was walking, housework, going to the gym, gardening! All activity counts.

Healthy diet choices: You made, or didn't make!

Water: Did you drink enough?

Diet Plan if applicable: For those going to TOPS, Weight Watchers or similar we would really like to know how you are going.

Stressed over the storm hammering extended family members in NJ and PA. I've been glued to the tv weather news and Facebook reports coming in. So far they have power out, but no major damage. It's going to be a rough night for them!! Stress makes me want to EAT!!! So tired of dieting!!! I should not be whining with all that the east coast is going through, but I'm whining anyway. Guess I'll go eat an apple...groannn!!!

Tuesday ~

walked 60 minutes with my friend
Drank lots of water
Had delicious foods ;)

60 minutes of walking sounds so good!!
Good for you!!
I miss getting out and walking.
Since my dh has been having trouble with his feet,
we've not been walking as much.
Must get back into the habit.

Gained 1.4 lbs at my TOPS weigh-in meeting tonight. :(
Struggling with staying super strict now.
Still going at it, though, and won't stop.

60 minutes of walking sounds so good!!
Good for you!!
I miss getting out and walking.
Since my dh has been having trouble with his feet,
we've not been walking as much.
Must get back into the habit.

Use that treadmill if need be <g>

Thursday....

B) apple, protein bar
L) ½ spinach salad, potato soup, ½ turkey sandwich, 3 small bites of chocolate cake
D) ½ turkey sandwich
Snack) apple, 2 candy bars, few walnuts

Getting tired of food now and really wanting to get strict with my eating plan again. Eating other foods has been fun for awhile, but the thrill is gone now and tired of it. Bought a lot of new clothes today...3 sizes smaller...and standing there in front of the dressing room mirror did a number on me. I look a lot better, but it was plain to see that I still have a ways to go yet!! Time to get busy!!

Congrats on those clothes being 3 sizes smaller, way cool!
