Hilary...Wow on 9,000 and 10,000 steps!!! The most I've done since getting my pedometer was about 4,500 in a day!! I'll be getting my battery changed tomorrow and start wearing mine again too. I know you'll get those calories down too!!
Suzan...Ughhh..sugar!!! I know how hard it is to get that crap out of your system when you've been overdosing on it!! Been there WAY too many times myself!!! You can do it and I know you will!! Don't bring any of it into your house, don't trust yourself, keep it away from yourself!! That's the only way I know how to do it for myself anyway. I wish you the best!!

My stuff...Tuesday night at my TOPS weigh-in, I only lost 0.8 lbs, but I was the biggest loser for the week and I won the healthy snacks basket!! I'm still doing okay with foods, doing exercise every day, drinking lots of green tea water and keeping a good attitude about it. I don't have any difficult challenges this month until Halloween. That will be hard, but I do NOT want to eat that darned candy!!! I think I'll get myself a couple of low sugar protein bars to satisfy myself that night and throw any left over candy in the trash!!
Let's all keep moving in the best direction for all of our individual needs and we will all get to where we want to be!! Yay us!!!
