I'll start this :
Yup,,,been getting exercise...walking the lil ones in the stroller.....teaching the toodlers how to peddle thier trikes...running along side of them..giving piggy back rides......they keep me moving !
Healthy food choices...I have been pretty good....my gut kinda keeps me in check on that...it won't let me eat lousy, greasy..heavy foods !

Well, I got on the treadmill today. I couldn't go for long before my hip complained, but hopefully I can keep working on it and get back to walking the distance I once could.
My diet is, unfortunately, still a mess. It's like I've lost all the willpower I once had!
