That is absolutely super Donna,,,,,, not sure J think s you 2 get enough at home time relaxation,, but .... LOL
WTG!

LOL!! J loves going and doing stuff as much as I do. We both prefer not having a lot going on in the same week though. September just happens to be a very busy month. As much as J likes doing stuff, if it wasn't for me keeping track of what's going on around us that we'd want to go to and making plans or reservations and such, J would go nowhere!! He would be glued to his computer chair from sun up to bedtime every blessed day of the world!! His legs would atrophy in a bent position from sitting so much..LOL!! The man needs me!! :womanlol:

Cleaning?? You're kidding, right??!! Oh,yea, you were talking about you, not me..LOL!! Someone else does my cleaning and I touch up as little as I can get by with. Back on track with eating is how I get weight back off.

That was hard to take!!  YUP quite a blow,, but it will fall off quickly.. it's just a bit, so not to worry about it,,, or get discouraged! Oh, I'm not discouraged. I knew how it happened and know what I'm having to do to remedy it. It was hard to take because I didn't want to see any red marks in my weight recording book. I cheated a little there in that I didn't write it in red as we're supposed to do, I wrote it in the + column, but in black ink. heh..heh

I'm in week 18 and this was my first gain. I'd been in a stall or plateau and then had that cheat Sunday and it all added up to a slight gain!! Darn it!!!  thinkking it's not becuase of that little cheat, the body doesn't readt that fast to it,, since you are very strick about everything else... Oh, yes it does! My body reacts the next morning after any over eating! That's why I weigh every morning. I have to keep on top of what's going on.

I've been struggling lately too. I'm on track and sticking to it, but am so tired of it!!

I think this is something that you should or could possible mention to your dr, about just being tired of it.....  really he might have some suggestions.....Yes, of course I did talk it over with my doctor. It's typical for people on a diet for a good length of time. It was a nice little food break, but now I'm back on track with a vengence!!

Ten more days and my doctor is bumping up my calories again for three weeks and I can hardly wait to eat more or different foods!! Then he'll lower my calories again as I head to my goal. I want to be struggling to keep the weight off and not working to get it off!! Okay, patience Donna, get a grip gril!!! lol
Donna, after all of this I really hope that you  will not have to be "struggling to keep the weight off"... I'm thinking the point of your diet plan is to show you a healthy eating plan that becomes part of your life style... so you wouldn't be struggling later on ..... and basically it has,, you don't miss so many things that you were eating before, portions are under control etc....  patience dear... ;O) Oh, it will be a struggle all right, forever and ever and will never end. The thoughts of eating more or eating sugary or high fat crappy foods will always be there. I know how to control those thoughts, though, and I know how often I can enjoy a small amount and won't let those negative thoughts take over. I've been studying health foods and a better way of eating for years and after losing some weight, I maintained it for over two years. I'm good at maintaining, just wasn't so good at losing. I had to eliminate some foods and reduce portions of foods to get the rest of the weight off. Now that I'm liking the way I'm looking and looking forward to getting the rest of it off, loving the way I'm feeling and especially how fantastic my BP is and my blood counts are, I don't ever want to go through this again!! I am off of my BP and cholesterol medications and I am my own example of how what we eat has a direct effect on our health. I've finally learned my lesson!!

Sorry but after high lightly my first comment in red,, it wouldn't work again , so used a different font and italics...

Thanks, Suzan. The not sleeping well has been going on for a few years now. Not really sure much can be done as I sure won't take sleeping pills. Yet, have been toying with the idea of talking with my doctor to see what she might have to say about it all.
