SB HEALTHY ME: Sept 10th-Sept 16th
Please share the things you did to work towards a *healthier* and therefore *happier* you!
Exercise: Any exercise whether it was walking, housework, going to the gym, gardening! All activity counts.
Healthy diet choices: You made, or didn't make!
Water: Did you drink enough?
Diet Plan if applicable: For those going to TOPS, Weight Watchers or similar we would really like to know how you are going.

LOL!! J loves going and doing stuff as much as I do. We both prefer not having a lot going on in the same week though. September just happens to be a very busy month. As much as J likes doing stuff, if it wasn't for me keeping track of what's going on around us that we'd want to go to and making plans or reservations and such, J would go nowhere!! He would be glued to his computer chair from sun up to bedtime every blessed day of the world!! His legs would atrophy in a bent position from sitting so much..LOL!! The man needs me!!
OMGosh!!! I had a gain!!! I gained 0.4 lbs!!! (I start worrying when I gain 2 lbs, a couple days of more walking and some sweating while cleanign and it#s gone. Don 't worry)
That was hard to take!! YUP quite a blow,, but it will fall off quickly.. it's just a bit, so not to worry about it,,, or get discouraged!
I'm in week 18 and this was my first gain. I'd been in a stall or plateau and then had that cheat Sunday and it all added up to a slight gain!! Darn it!!! thinkking it's not becuase of that little cheat, the body doesn't readt that fast to it,, since you are very strick about everything else... t
I've been struggling lately too. I'm on track and sticking to it, but am so tired of it!!
I think this is something that you should or could possible mention to your dr, about just being tired of it..... really he might have some suggestions.....
Ten more days and my doctor is bumping up my calories again for three weeks and I can hardly wait to eat more or different foods!! Then he'll lower my calories again as I head to my goal. I want to be struggling to keep the weight off and not working to get it off!! Okay, patience Donna, get a grip gril!!! lol
Donna, after all of this I really hope that you will not have to be "struggling to keep the weight off"... I'm thinking the point of your diet plan is to show you a healthy eating plan that becomes part of your life style... so you wouldn't be struggling later on ..... and basically it has,, you don't miss so many things that you were eating before, portions are under control etc.... patience dear... ;O)
