the cleaning lady did a wonderful job, is quick and easy to get along with and she doesn't expect lunch or to have coffee served to her like the last one and she's about $2.00 cheaper an hour for some reason.  I just don't like the late hr 2:30 - 6:30 but perhaps that will change later on when she knows she'll be coming regularly.    She's willing to do anything that needs to be done, so next week she'll be out on my upstairs balcony cleaning it.   LOL   (Actually it was funny as when she started cleaning, she yelled down if she should dust as she could not find a speck of dust anywhere... )  LOL   My mom used to say I was "cleaning the clean").

As for the stairs,,,  I have to be extremely careful on the stairs, as I can't look all the way down at my feet and my knees buckle suddenly and of course with my instability it's kinda of treacherous for me.  I go one step at a time, then the next step ,, never just walk down the steps normally.  Takes me awhile as there are a lot of steps... but doesn't matter, safety first.

Now I need to go to the grocery store to pick up a few things.  I need more vinegar cleaner, she likes to use that , and I love it as it's environmental friendly and degradeable.  Not to mention that everything really sparkles afterward.

Yay, so happy for you that the new gal did a wonderful job of cleaning!! Funny on her not finding any dust! It won't take her long to figure you out..lol!! Nice she's a bit cheaper, too, and doesn't expect the extras that the other gal did. Lunch? Coffee? Whoa..that was a bit much in my opinion!! I've had several cleaning ladies over the years and none expected anything like that. I did offer lunch for one gal occasionally, but only because I was eating my own lunch while she was there and she was a personal friend of mine. Note to self: Not for that reason, but for other reasons, do not ever hire a personal friend to do work for you again!! Lesson learned!!

You are being very sensible with stairs and that is a very good thing! Stairs can kill you, literally!!

How do you make your vinegar cleaner? Do you mix it with something? I use a store bought environmentally friendly natural cleaner, but I am interested in your vinegar solution and may begin using that instead. It would sure be cheaper too!!
