Monday&Tuesday: did OK, ate normal portions (high on my list of weight loss strategies). Drank water adn OJ,,, I have a craving for OJ lately.
Got smiles and hugs.
Exercise: walking the furbabe adn playing snowball with her,,, I throw them she runs and eats them. (Guess she gets enough water that way too,,, HEY! Should I eat snowballs ?) LOL

The past two days I've walked on the treadmill. Not far, and not too fast, but it's extra walking than I usually do, so I'll count it!

I read down and saw Donnal saying you shouldn't eat snowballs but bet I would if one came flying by LOL! Doing well Suzan!

Hope you are continuing to do well Ann. It is great to have a treadmill especially when the weather is crap outide! Getting ticked off with stuff is my number one trigger too. Good Luck for the rest of the week!

I need to do better with the food side of things and like Ann I got ticked off yesterday and blew it big time!

On the other hand exercise has been GREAT. I am trying a couch to 5k deal. Hoping my knee survives it. I would love to be able to run 5k non stop at the end of 2 months or earlier. HAVE to take it easy .............. fingers crossed.

Counting tea and water so that level is ok!

Now to survive the dentist this afternoon ARGHHH!
