SB HEALTHY ME: March 11th - 17th
Please share the things you did to work towards a *healthier* and therefore *happier* you!
Exercise: Any exercise whether it was walking, housework, going to the gym, gardening! All activity counts.
Healthy diet choices: You made, or didn't make!
Water: Did you drink enough?
Diet Plan if applicable: For those going to TOPS, Weight Watchers or similar we would really like to know how you are going.

Thanks!! At TOPS tonight, I weighed in with a 5.4 lb loss and was the biggest loser for the week. I have 8.8 more lbs to lose in the next two weeks. Not a problem, I can and will do that!!

WTG on the portion control and walking... just like the postman, through rain , sleet ,snow Ruth does her daily walk. SUPER!

Yes, we're all waiting for spring. Makes me happy to see buds on the trees!! :)
I'm doing well and staying right on track. I have not eaten even one bite of anything off plan during this very strict plan to get back to goal by the 26th.
I drink 8 - 11 glasses of water every day plus tea.
I exercise most days and look forward to walking outside again. My walking today was all around our huge grocery store.
I give and get lots of smiles. Life is good.

Have been working hard to get in my 30 min a day exercise...Have been walking...outside...one day in the mist, and today in the cold and wind...Waiting for spring...
Portion control for meals...
Not enough water...work on that more tomorrow
