My problem with the health benefits of tea is that I like it sweetened. I wish I didn't! So, it's always a puzzle as to what is worse or better..artificial sweetners or various forms of real sugar..I ~~shudder~~ to both!!

Good decision to get rid of the Splenda Donna! Not sure what Stevia is but will google it of course!

Making tea is easy. I use teabags and sometimes two depending on the size of my cup. I let it steep for about five minutes.

LOL!!! He boils water all the time to make his nasty awful instant coffee..Yuck!! He puts water in a mug and nukes it. That just doesn't seem right to me when I have a perfectly good pretty teapot to boil water in!! Of course then I'd have to get it out, add water, put it on the stove, turn it on, watch that I don't forget about it and boil it away, pour it into my cup over the loose leaves or onto the tea bag. Now, come on, that is a lot of work!!! LOL!! Oh, and I'd rather do it myself so I know it's done right!! LOL!!
