Yoga to melt stress

These poses are absolutely makeable, look very relaxing and help to stretch all parts of the body and relieve stress.

What more could we ask for?

I'm starting this afternoon with a couple of them.

Yoga is very beneficial. Let us know how you liked doing some of the poses, Suzan.

Going to bookmark for a later review.

I tried the first 3, I like them. The first one (with blanket under shoulder blades, really hurts my spine and makes me a bit dizzy for some reason, but maybe that will improve, I keep trying.

Hmmm, I would watch it with that first one. If it keeps hurting and making you dizzy then you should probably quit doing it. Have been told when it comes to yoga, only go as far as you're comfortable with.

Thank you that's what I'll do. I will try it with a softer pad or small pillow though.

These are all great yoga poses. I love this link! Holding a pose for a longer period of time feels so good.

I never thought of this as yoga. I just keep thinking about pretzels when I think about yoga. LOL
