We have a lot of snow still on the ground, but I wouldn't say we're snowed in. To me, "snowed in" is when you can't get out the door because the snow is so high, lol. We haven't had any significant new snow for awhile, though and the roads are clear, so it's okay, but I still don't like the cold. And neither does my "summer car", lol. (The poor thing looks so pitiful when it's been out in the snow, lol!)

Suzan...I'm going to have a bday party for J, working out the plans now. It will probably be at a casual family buffet type of restaurant. Not my choice of restaurants that I go to, but the food is okay and lots of choices and we can have a private room that holds a good amount of people. That's my thought at this point anyway, may change my mind, but will have a party.

Ann...I hear ya on getting through the worst of winter! Hard to feel cheerful about the brown ground, leafless trees and grey dismal traces of snow left. It wouldn't be so bad if it didn't last so darned long!!
Oh, your poor car. She must be shivering!! lol
Well, Donna, I think of my car as a "he", lol, but, yes it does look very wrong to see my car covered in snow. That's why I try not to take him out when it's snowing and if I have to, I brush the snow off the whole car when I get home and back in the garage. Kind of like grooming a horse, lol!
