Nope, that is this year... she couldn't get to them though but the minute she stepped into the house, (after jumping on dh to say hello), her little nose went in the air sniffing and she ran upstairs 2 floors and ran straight to the place where they were hidden. Then barked. Too funny. Can not under estimate their sense of smell. She's smelling the organic cookies . Today I'm waiting for her other presents to arrive: she's getting a bath cape with hood. shhhhhhhhhhh

OH yes I DO know that! Well, I have no grands (yet) to shower my grandmother feelings on, so Coffee is the one who gets all the attention. My dil, my dh and to some point my ds too, are all the same way, so she is certainly one very loved dog. I just finished my online shopping for her xmas presents yesterday so am waiting for her box to arrive. but I will peek out the window first to make sure it's DHl delivery and not those men in white coats! LOL

Thank you Ann. I've been doing this for her 3 years. Ds gets a kick out of it.
I thought they'd be by to pick her up tonight, but it's 10pm and I'm soon off to bed with her. Actually coffee is not destructive at all. When we aren't home she has run of the house and never does a thing except sleep. Although while the tree is up she won't have access to the Living room if I have to run to the store or something,, XMAS are big and heavy and can be dangerous if they fall over. Since I have glass doors to close it off, she can just sleep upstairs of on her other pillows. LOL

I bet that just made your day! How cute that she dictated a letter to Santa! And I love the idea of "signing" it and giving her a treat as well!
