How many of these things do you do?

I use cleaning cloths a lot. Not for everything, but often enough that a roll of paper towels lasts us about a month.

I use a Brita pitcher, and my fridge has filtered water in the door, and I fill my own bottles with the filtered water from one of those sources.

I don't know about highly concentrated, but I use eco-friendly cleaners, from Method, mostly, that have no phosphates, use natural stuff and smell fantastic, lol.

I pack T's lunch in reuseable containers.

I use

Great question:
I do most of those, just not cloth napkins. Using cloth napkins , makes more laundry using more detergent and water more up and down the stairs meaning more wear and tear on these old body parts of mine LOL. But I just don't like cloth napkins. In addition to all those, I recycle plastics , and separate out glass & paper for town pickup. I have those ugly CFL bulbs outside only, they just are not safe when dropped and broken indoors.... When we built the house, we used thermal pane windows (double with gas inside) , saves heating costs, we heat with gas, all the walls are of concrete blocks that are 9" thick inside walls and 15" outside wall, (warm in winter and coool in the summer: no need for A/C and it's very very quiet). I use organic fertilizers. I use the dryer only for sheets and towels, everything is line dried (albeit not outdoors but in my basement) . All my applainces are energy star (a bit more expensive but really saves in the long run). I use natural remedies to fight off bugs in the garden (as much as I can). My heat is turned down and I wear socks and a sweater if chilled. blah blah blah,,,, can't think of anything else right now. I'm thinking I'm green enough for now.

Enjoyed the Question Ann! Thanks. Now off for my nap.

Our trash company will be delivering brand new 96 gallon recycling bins next week and picking up the little ones we have had for years.

Method is also my favorite brand that I use. I don't like the green toilet cleaners though. I have to have my bleach and only use Clorox brand toilet bowl cleaner. The only Method cleaner I don't like is the toilet cleaner. It just doesn't work. But nothing really worked for me, so I gave it a good scrubbing one day and started using the little stick on gel cleaner. It keeps it clean for quite awhile.

I shut down my computer at night. Me too, always. I also shut it down when we're going to be gone for a few hours during the day. I admit, I don't always turn mine off when I'll be gone a few hours. Tom turns his off, but I
