LOL, I love it! She's like "O-kay... they seem to be quiet and not trying to take my place.... I'll let them stay"

She keeps wandering over to them and sniffing, if she sniffs the head of course it bobs , and that kind of scares her... then she just stands there and stares them down.

It is almost like she is thinking that if she sits still long enough, nobody will notice she is there.

I would love another dog....but...we are finally getting so we can get up & go anytime....I feel soooooo badly leaving a dog home, by itself......& they give those BIG puppy dog...poor me eyes...& I just melt ! I still can't over the hurt & loss of our Baron...IMHO....there will NEVER be another dog like him....& it would'nt be fair to another dog...as I would always be judging it against Baron...would'nt be fair !!

You can dogs everywhere with you...we CAN NOT...even if the dog is off leash in a fenced in field...people will call the police & I would get a hefty ticket !! Poor dogs can't run anywhere !!! Alot of people HATED my Baron...just cuz he was a rottie...NOT FAIR...he was a gentle giant & a big goof ball.....when I walked him....alot of people would cross the street & yell from the other side..."aren't those THINGS supposed to be muzzled , out in public?".....I used to get so pissed ....Baron was just prancing down the street..soooo happy to be out for a walk with me.....not deserving that kind of comment. Just because he was a rottie !
ARGHHH... I am rambling again !!!!

Oh Bunny, I do totally understand. A pet is a HUGE responsiblilty. When you can't take them with you around town then it's a big problem for sure. I too feel badly leaving diva at home. I can be gone for 2 hrs and then I've got to get home. We are lucky that Coffee is my ds's dog and we both cna watchover her, she is never alone. We have to plan trips and stuff to accomodate her. There are no boarding places here as everyone just takes the dog with them, or leave them with a friend or have someone come in the house and feed them and let them out. I don't like that. I would never get my own dog, Coffee is plenty for our 2 little families. LOL

I do not understand the reasoning behind being on a leash on your own land that is fenced in. if it's not fenced in then OK, but fenced in?
