Hi Megan,,, well you know the saying "no pain , no gain"... well that goes not only for fitness but for grad school LOL Main thing is that the scenery changed and the weather is nice and the library is comfie . The change is good for you.. thinking you said you'd be going again at XMAS? Hope I remember that correctly,, something definitely to look forward to.
upper back , lower back? Have you made an appointm ent with the orthopedic= Please do.
Remember back a couple yrs when you went back to work teaching, and you started having back problems then? Is it basically the same?
Hope it feels better real soon. S

Hope Riley is doing OK:::::
No whines for you Donna,,,, super!
Not many people here decorate for XMAS,,,, it's starting to get popular and they do put up trees and a few will string some lights outdoors on a bush or something, but certainly no music and grand stand lighting LOL Would love to see some some day..... fun for sure.
Whines...Can't think of any.
WooHoos...DH and I went out tonight to see Christmas lights at two locations. Both were houses and yards and trees covered with lights that move and change to synchronized music. They were both *fabulous*!! The second location was actually two houses side by side that did the light show together for a huge display. The music they chose was beautiful, too, better than the first house. The first one had even more lights on it than the Christmas Vacation Griswold house!!! That one was fun, the other ones were elegant. Fun time!
Pat...Wonderful that Wayne starts day shift soon!! That's going to be such a relief for both of you to be able to spend more time together!!
Hugs...Oh, how there was a way to make that back pain go away!! I'm sure you're doing all that can be done...ice, heat, massage, anti-inflammatory drugs, and just being very careful of any activities. Coping with pain is exhausting!
Hope your son gets well quick. Way too many people are sick now! I hear of more every day it seems, both locally and around the country.
Hope you had a fun time at dinner with your friend tonight and hope your back cooperated too!
