...................and a good Monday morning to you all................

We are pretty well snowed in, most of the flights thru the north and Frankfurt have been cancelled for the 3rd day in a row.....
streets are plowed around us and in the city so getting around is still possible.

Picked up Coffee this morning; she'll be here a couple days or so.
Waiting on the cleaning lady,, just too late, wish I could find someone that could do mornings....
Think I am babysitting on Wednesday late afternoon/evening.
No other plans so far and that's fine with me, just resting & reading.

Hope you all have a happy week,,, stay healthy

Good Morning, Suzan! It's bitterly cold here today, but not much snow is left on the ground after the 40-some degree weather we had about a week ago. I'm not looking forward to going out in the cold to do errands, but I have to.

I'm doing the usual laundry today, and the errands I mentioned. Other than that, I have nothing going on this week. A good week for catching up on recorded shows and reading, I guess.

Morning Suzan,
Bummer on being snowed in but least you're nice & warm <g>
Too bad on the cleaning lady & you can keep looking though.
Fun on having coffee there & baby sitting this week.
Have a great week :)

Hi Hugs,  well I like the cleaning lady and she's fun to talk to, just that she has a morning job and sometimes they give her extra work which makes her arrival here at 2:30.  Dh arrives home around 5:30 or earlier some days so she has to hurry and I can't give her extra things I want done very often.  Otherwise I do like how she cleans, she just seems to get it all done without rushing around. After 2:30 though, I am getting tired .... blah blah blah...  LOL

One more day of snow and then it should get better, weatherwise.

Hi Suzan,
I see on the cleaning lady & hopefully she is not rushing.
However that is too bad you can't often give her extra things to do though.
Maybe something will change <wink>
Hoping only one more day of snow ..
You've had enough to last you all winter ;)

Facetime is awesome Suzan,
It' s just like they were in the same room as you & easy to do <g>
My whole house needs decluttering ::blush::
So I am doing a little bit every day.
Have pulled things out of one closet up stairs & bagging it up.
Good you have been doing some as well.
Enjoy your week & stay warm :)

Monday...Been watching the Inauguration all day and evening! Exciting day in America! I've always been excited about our Inaugurations whether I've voted for the particular presidents or not. So thankful to be living in a country where we have the freedom to vote! I still need to fine tune my lesson I'll be giving tomorrow night, so I'd better get busy on that when I finish this post!

Tuesday...Go with dh to his consultation for cataract surgery. Get my haircut and foils color. TOPS meeting that night.

Wednesday...Going out to eat with hubby! Make some homemade soup today or tomorrow or soon.

Thursday...Funeral in the morning for a 99 year old sister of an aunt. I didn't know her that well, but will be going to represent family members who are not able to attend. A meeting that evening.

Friday...Monthly ladies brunch. Shop for a bday gift for husband. Pro-soccer game that night if we're feeling up to it. We have season tickets, but are getting burned out. They've done well and may be in the play offs, just tired of going so often and will be glad when the season is over. Next year we won't buy season tickets, will just go to a couple of games.

Saturday...Get party foods ready for a bday party for dh at our house Sunday. Another pro-soccer game that evening if we feel like going.

Sunday...Sunday school & church & out for Chinese dinner. High Tea Party hosted by my 10 year old granddaughter at her house. We're to wear boas..cute! She also invited my dh as she knows it's his bday day and she's getting a little bday cake for him. He won't be wearing a boa..lol! He'll wear a necktie though. Then that evening we're having a bday party at our house for my dh. Both my family and his family (kids, grands, his x-wife only) are coming. Whew..what a day!!

Have a good week everyone!!

Wow a wild day on Sunday for Donna,,,, I'm thinking since the gals are wearing boas, then a regular necktie will be too boring... how about an ascot for John?  ;O)

When is J's catarac surgery,,, first I heard of it.....  I've heard it 's not all that bad.. then again I have never had it done....
