Morning Everyone,
a new week, a new Latte Ladies Thread

For all those travelling this week, have a safe journey.
Happy Thanksgiving to all those celebrating.

*************************

My virus was almost gone, but is returning (no surprise).  Other than that, Tuesday we take MIL out to dinner for her birthday, doubt I'll  be eating anything but whatever.  Will say goodbye to them.  Tuesday afternoon I'll pack.  Will be happy to get on the plane Wednesday afternoon and back home. No other plans this week although I plan to bring diva home with me to cuddle with; I'd bring Mikey too but he's still too tiny  LOL

Hi D,

Hope you are having a lovely Tday , have a safe trip home on Friday.

Glad you team won, doesn't surprise me at all that you got your photo taken with the player! LOL

the things I ordered are for Mikey (XMAS this year is all about him (and my darling diva) of course.  I 've got so many things already, I had forgotten about the bavarian sweater and the bavarian sweater vest that I had a lady special knit for him in the fall. They are truly adorable. XMAS better come quickly  as he's growing like a weed, really... they won't fit.    anyway,  the other things are arriving on Friday. I also ordered some books for myself,, I like to read a XMAS book or two every year in December, gets me in the holiday mood.

I like the "work from home" ,, that was a nice way to give you some time off i'm supposing? I haven't seen Coffee, hope to tonight. Will on Friday for sure, as ds needs to take his inlaws to the airport and dh and I will take diva dog to her groomer. I plan to not return her to her home until I want to . although i'm not sure how she'll like that as as I observe she feels it's her job to guard Mikey. no matter where he is (crib, playmat, couch , mommies lap) she is right there staring at him. Very very cute. So who won the basketball game? I like basketball , it's not played here per se so there is never a game to watch on TV, have fun decorating.... are you putting the tree up already? I'm thinking Dec 21st of Dec. for my tree . Stop laughing I'm serious! Last year I put it up in all it's glory around the 17th of December and it was dead by the 24th and looked very very sad..... this year I would like it to look nice with the branches pointing upwards instead of drooping down to the ffloor. Too bad they don't sell a nice artificial tree here, but they are really very tiny and basic and just awful looking... so real it is. Fun to go and pick out though. You have a great Tday,,, which I'm sure you will... TTYS

Suzan - hope you are feeling better and the virus goes away!  As I write this you are probably about to get up and get ready to fly on home.  I'm sure snuggles with Coffee will make you feel much better! Hope you are well enough to get in some Mikey snuggles too.

I had a short week - just two days.  I've been told I should "work from home" on Wednesday!  Tonight DH and I are watching basketball. I was doing some tidy up work earlier in the evening.

Tomorrow - Wednesday - I will clean house and DH will buy the rest of the groceries.Thursday we'll have a party of 9 for dinner. Friday, we'll start decorating.

Hope everyone is having a great week!

SUZAN QUOTE:

>>> Hi D, I usually make a pumpkin pie for T day and the apple crumble for XMAS. Last year I threw some blueberries in with the apples and it tasted really good and looked pretty too. Ds loves it , warm with vanilla ice cream on top . Sounds like a nice week and a nice time for you.. enjoy your dinner and hope your home team wins the game.... ohhhhh shopping,,,, I plan to do a bit of online shopping tomarrow,,,,, by the time we get back to Munich it'll be delivered. Love this one day delivery of most of Amazon's items. What movies are you watching? <<<

Well, I usually don't bake anything! I'm doing this for my sweet husband. He loves apple desserts. I can't eat any of it, but that's okay. He didn't request it, I just want to do it for him.

Thanks, I hope our team wins too! They won their game yesterday, Sunday, first win for the season. After the game, all the players came out on the floor to meet fans and sign autographs. We got to meet three of them including my favorite player. He hugged me and I got my picture taken with him. That was fun!

Hope you find some nice things while shopping online. I do a lot of online shopping too. When the package arrives, I don't always remember what it was that I had ordered. It's kind of like getting Christmas gifts!! lol

Tonight we watched the 1955 movie, A Man Called Peter. It's the story of Dr. Peter Marshall and Catherine Marshall, true story based on their lives together. Excellent!
