HI Everyone!

Checking in from a steaming hot Munich!
It's about 100° F here, house is really cool though even without A/C
(the entire weekend was this hot and will be until Wed for a midweek rain)
ANYHOOOOOOO,

Today was cleaning : house looks B-U-T-FUL  if I must say so myself.
I even changed the skirt on my draped table  and moved it to the other corner in the living room. Amazing what one little change can make the whole space look new and exciting!
Coffee is ill :smileysurprised:(  She's wasn't  eating much all last week while she was here with us (except all she finds on the street and in the garden: little Hoover Dog),   but since Saturday really nasty with the runs and vomiting too. Vet clinic requested we bring her  in this afternoon.  Poor baby.... her daddy (ds ) is bringing her in.

Tues, Thurs, Fri: PT

That's about all from Munich

Have a nice week......

Yes, it is expensive, even at 3 months for that price, and if I had to pay full price, I couldn't take it. But we have a prescription plan through the company T works for that gives us medicine for $5 for 3 months if it is generic. But if a doctor specifies a brand name, the pharmacy will give us the generic price. Or so they say. I get Synthroid for the generic price, so I'm assuming - and hoping - Lipitor will be the same price. Maybe later, after the generic is refined or something (they just came out with a generic Lipitor), I'll try it again, but as long as I can get the brand name for the low price, I'll get that! I really don't know what people who don't have a good prescription plan do.

I do clean as you know, but really need omeone to clean the bathrrooms and kitchen adn floors and help me with the sheers,, stuff I just can not do anymore. We'll see. Not before Sept 10th though, she's on vacation ....

Hopefully Coffee is okay.  Never know what our pets get into from time to time.  The Boy found their pet rabbit, Nibbler on top of the coffee table last week.  She had decided that the foil wrapped chocolate kisses looked good enough to give a try.  He caught her just in time so that she didn't ingest foil...not sure the chocolate would have been great for her either.

Oh, goodness, glad this was discovered in time before Nibbler got sick from chocolate & foil!!

My week:

Monday:  Laundry and errands.  May go out and pull a few weeds too.

Tuesday:  Full day at the food bank sorting school supplies and stuffing backpacks again.

Glad you're doing that! I've emailed with the guy in charge of the backpack program here where we live and have a note on my desk to call him tomorrow to get started with this for my dh and I also. It's a great program!

Wed, Thurs:  Maybe grocery shopping either one of those days and cleaning.

Friday:  Working a few hours at the food bank again.

Sounds like a good week..enjoy!

I am working only Monday thru Thursday this week! DH and are I taking a long weekend. Good, have a good time whatever you're doing!

Tonight, I'm home alone for the moment - just until the boys get home from wherever they've wandered. I've got a list of things to try to do the next three evenings before our long weekend. I only have a walk planned with a friend for Wednesday. So a short week - glad my evenings are mostly free for a change. Sounds like a good week..enjoy!!

Have a great week everyone! ThxU2!! :smileyhappy:

Was gone pretty much all day today. Tuesday I have a chiro appt., plus am babysitting again. Wednesday have a dentist appt., a chiro appt., and am babysitting again. Along with all this I need to do some meal prep and other stuff for dh before I leave Wednesday evening plus pack for my trip to Michigan. Am so ready for things to settle down some!

Hope your chiro appt helped! Is your Michigan trip to see family?

Thinking while I am gone I can work on yoga which I've not done in so long and I can relax a bit also! lol

Good idea, so relaxing to do yoga and good for the muscles too.

Hoping when I get back and things have settled some I can feel more inclined to be on the health and fitness path. Oh I know being healthy while being so busy would of helped see me through the busy days, but alas it didn't go that way.

I hope you can return to the health and fitness path too for it feels so much better I find! Best wishes on that!

Have a great and healthy week ahead everyone! Will hopefully be around a little more after next Wednesday. Thank you and you have a good week too!
