today i have laundry and i need to unpack. we always come home with much more than we take. now i have to find places for it all.

tomorrow i will probably get the tree up and start writing out Christmas cards.

wednesday is church.

thursday will most likely go grocery shopping.

friday we are taking our friends out to dinner for taking care of our animals and house while we were gone.

It sounds like you have some fun times amid the "outlaws" visits.

Gee Teri, honestly if I were you I would not try to do much for XMAS this year,,, keep it very very simple as after your dh arrives back home you'll not have much time to do much else than care for him . I can understand why you are feeling the stress already, but really try to say NO to things and activities and remember the main thing for XMAS is that your dh has a successful surgery adn that his recuperation is quick and painless. Will you have some time off after the 20th? Whatever you can't do for XMAS , well the boys will just have to pick up the slack for you.. whihc they will see and do automatically ....

TO ALL: we arrived and the flight was absolutely packed to overflowing BUT for some reason there was one free seat on the entire place and it was the seat in between dh and myself, so we had all 3 seats to ourselves! Heaven.

Unpacked, got a few groceries , dh and I
