Well my tree was a fresh tree, and it died around the 20th of December, so it really needed to come down quickly. I'm glad though. congrats on your new coffee maker,,,, how much coffee do you drink each day? I love coffee (the drink and the dog LOL) but only drink about a mug a month.... very little I know. When I drink too much of it, it makes me feel like I have my shoulders pinned to my earlobes. LOL Have a nice week and have a nice read. (I never could finish th e12 days of XMas challenge I started,,, but had fun trying. I read 7 )

Oh I may also be in bed before midnight, if diva dog allows it. We are allowed to have fireworks and the people on my street go all out. So midnight rolls around and it's noisy and diva is not afraid of it but wants to stand in the window and watch the fireworks, her little head shooting up and thne over and down as it goes off. Last year I stood there with her until 1:30 am. She loved it, I was tired! Other wise, I'd be in bed by my usual 10:30 time and do my NYear greetings in the morning.
I KWYM about not having your regular day, my dh is home today too, stores are all still closed as it's a holiday here but tomorrow will be my own day hopefully. Good to get everything seasonal put away. Enough is enough! have a nice evening , TTY on tuesday!

We have no tree or decorations to take down inside the house and I am very thankful for that!! I'll wait until the weekend maybe to change out the throw pillows and wreath on the front porch from Christmas to Winter.

We had a great Christmas #2 yesterday, but my DD1 was too sick to join us and we missed her a lot!! Also, my sil was on hospital call and was only home about 45 minutes when he got called about a stroke victim and had to return to the hospital. So, it's been a different kind of Chistmas for us, but a good one too.

Today...Hanging out at home. Going to take a nap. Will go to our Pastor's Open House this evening.

Tuesday...Going to get the lens changed in my eyeglasses and do a little shopping. I need to pick up two more Christmas gifts. While out shopping a few days ago, I saw some nice looking black coats I want to go back and look at again. I can't decide whether to get a fingertip length or long length. That evening we'll be taking husband's (our) middle grandson (age 16) out to dinner for a one on one with him. He's such a sweet kid, I just love him.

Wednesday...Getting my haircut.

Thursday...No plans. Hmmm..how did that happen? lol

Friday...Having Christmas lunch and exchanging gifts with my sis-in-law.

Saturday...NYE...Staying home..I think.

Sunday...Church and out for Chinese dinner afterwards.

Will also be getting back to normal eating, drinking tons of water and walking!!

Have a good "week after" everyone!!

I'm not quite back to normal yet. Because the holiday was on Sunday, Tom has today off. So although I'm doing usual Monday things, like laundry and some grocery shopping, my time isn't quite my own and I can't do some of the things I usually do, when I usually do them.
