I was surprised to see dh came home a little early yesterday, sick as a dog! He never gets sick! Especially not sick enough to throw up! I guess it hit him suddenly about lunchtime - throwing up, "the runs", he had it all!

Oh gee, I thought he was over it. (()) you are right, just keep washing your hands and (no kissin' LOL) and don't use the same towel in the bathroom... etc You be fine. Hope he's feeling better real soon,,, perhaps a day at home for him might be good.

A day at home probably would do him good, but he won't take one. He drags himself to work, no matter how he feels. But the weekend is getting close, so he can take those two days and just rest and get rid of it, hopefully for good!

Oh, poor Tom!! Poor you!! I hope he's making it through work okay. I hated back when I was working and had to work sick. Awful!! Good idea staying away from him and I hope you don't catch it too. Hopefully this is a quick healing kind of bug!

Anything is possible Ann, just hope he only had a 24 hr bug. You were smart to sleep in the other room. I've been sleeping by myself in the guest bedroom for the past 2 weeks now,, dh gets no sleep when I'm sick and coughing all night plus I don't want him to get sick from me either. So if it's a possibility then one of us moves to a different room for the interim. I don't usually sleep in another bed, or make Tom sleep elsewhere, but he was really sick and I really didn't want to catch it. I just wish the spare room bed was more comfortable for me.

Is Riley all better now? Yes, Riley is doing fine now, as far as I know. She was showing signsa of getting better already on Sunday (eating, not so tired), so I think the worst was over.
Anyway, you also mentioned that Brian was ill and couldn't come, so thinking there's something going around . There is definitely something going around! Tom said some people at work have called in sick, and I think that's where he got it.
