You are a speed reader too (like Ellen and Ruth),,, that's a lot of books... one of these days maybe next week I'll go to the library,, not many shelves of English language books (my preferred language to read) but should check it out before I order....

Hi Gail, gee I have not seen Unforgettable and The River,, never heard of them,, although we don't really get sooo many USA programs over here....

Yes, I would imagine that your programming choices are limited, Suzan.

I quit watching The River. It looked so good in the previews, but was just weird, I didn't like the hand-held camera effect and most of the characters annoyed the heck out of me, lol.

Just my opinion, Suzan, but I think if you liked Peony in Love, you'll like Snowflower.... I loved Snowflower and Peony sounded so much like it, I just ordered it from Paperback Swap (the site that feeds my addiction - just ask for a book and it is sent to you - free!).

i just finished reading a book called Christmas in Sugarcreek by Shelley Shephard Gray. i had to review it for library thing.

today i will start born to darkness by suzanne brockmann. i also have to review this one for library thing.

i've been watching the voice. tonight i think i will dvr american idol, have not seen a show yet this season and won't get to see the finale because i will be in hawaii. but at least i can watch a little of it before i go. also looking forward to dancing with the stars starting in a couple of weeks. won't get to see the finale of that one either, bummer. lol

i watched a few cute movies when i was in washington, all kids movies though. one was gnomeo and juliet, also saw kung fu panda 1 and 2 and then rio.

suzan, i did not read the help but saw the movie and thought it was excellent.

No , actually it's exactly what I wanted to know. Sometimes there are programs on the German channels that are American sitcoms , dramas but the series name is changed so I wouldn't recognize it but would if I new what it was about... so thank you. ;O)
